DE342A, is a complete edger and high quality glass polisher machine,
producing ultra smooth and bright edges as clear as the glass surface
itself. The wheel composition for the flat edge is: 2 Diamonds ( 1 gross and 1 fine), 1Resin, 1 high polishing wheel and 1 felt wheel for the wet cerium making the big difference in the high polishing. 1 resin wheel and 1 high polishing wheel, on each side, will put the beautiful aris. When working glass of the same thickness, this can be feed into the machine with no need of allowing inter spacing. The speed is easy adjustable with the motovariator/ The machine is delivered complete with all needed wheels, water and cerium tanks and pumps, plus all tools and instructions. brillantes tan claros como el mismo vidrio. Sus 9 muelas para el canto plano son:1 Diamante grueso, 1 fino,1 resina,1 muela de alto brillo y1 fieltro para el oxido de Cerio que hace la gran diferencia del acabado final, ademas de una resina y 1 muela de brillo para cada arista. Cuando se trabajan vidrios del mismo espesor, estos pueden alimentarsele de manera continua sin necesidad de espacios entre las piezas. La velocidad se ajusta rapidamente con el variador.
