The DJ 252,
is the most complete and easy to use miter machine in the market. It can Polish a flat
edge with aris to produce a finished edge with a BEVEL QUALITY and the same applies
to the miter.
With the easy to adjust miter, you can get any angle between 0° (flat) and an incredible
60°, which looks like a beveled edge !
The machine is delivered complete with all its wheels, water tank, Cerium tank with
agitator and its 2 pumps.
The feeding arm is equipped with a very precise and easy to adjust mechanism, that allows
to set any desired amount of glass removal just by turning a handle (not shown in picture)
as well as the exit arm.
The aris wheel's group, move along when the glass thickness is changed, so no extra
adjustment is needed.
The glass thickness is adjusted with a servo motor and controlled by a digital display.
Individual Ammeters allow the exact adjustment for every spindle of the machine.
The speed of the machine is adjusted with a motovariator.
2- optional extensions of 1 mt. for the arms, are available and recommended when running

La DJ 252,
es la maquina mas completa, versatil y facil de operar en el mercado. Produce un canto
pulido tan brillante como el mismo vidrio , CALIDAD BISEL y lo mismo se aplica para el
chaflan.
El angulo de inclinacion para el chaflan es de facil ajuste entre el 0° y los 60°, que
es un hermoso bisel !
La maquina se entrega completa con todas sus muelas y accesorios, asi como con sus tanques
de agua, cerio INOX y sus bombas, ademas de agitador para el tanque de cerio.
El brazo de entrada esta equipado con mecanismo para el exacto ajuste de la cantidad de
vidrio a remover (no se muestra) asi como el de salida.
El grupo de las muelas para las aristas se mueve al unisono al cambiar el espesor del
vidrio sin necesidad de ajustes adicionales.
El control de ajuste para el espesor de vidrio a trabajar es por medio de un servomotor y
controlado por display digital.
La velocidad de la maquina se controla con su Motovariador.
2 se ofrecen extensiones opcionales de 1 metro para los brazos y son recomendadas para las
