The DS1
is an indispensable machine in any glass shop, small or large. It can do
almost anything you may require for any job. Do all kind of different
edges and finishes in any shape and thickness of glass, including
straight jobs.
Indispensable for CORNERS of any size !..... AND ALSO, BEVELS glass of any
shape and thickness in all sizes.
The machine can edge or bevel round and oval pieces, with very
little intervention from the operator.
The suction cups have independent controls for the vacuum.
An air pressure regulator allows to set the correct force to the
assisting pneumatic piston during the polishing operation.
An arm fixing devise allows to produce exact diameter sizes.
The rotation speed of the table is controlled by motovariator.
The table can be set to turn, or let free moving.
The special devise for the small pieces can be use with any of the 3
different cup sizes provided in a rapid change and also can be set at any
rotation speed.
The machine comes COMPLETE, with all 4 wheels needed for beveling (1
diamond, 1 resin, 1 polishing and 1 felt), 1 set of Diamond wheels for
12mm glass pencil and 2 polishing wheels. It also includes the VACUUM
pump, Air Compressor, Water pump, tools, electric cabinet, all different
hoses and electric wires needed for the machine,

La maquina
"tipo Pulpo"DS1, es la maquina ideal para todo taller de vidrios,
grande o pequño. Puede hacer casi todo lo que requiere cualquier trabajo.
Puede hacer con ella todo tipo de acabados sobre cualquier forma, tamaño
y espesor de vidrio o espejo que desee, incluso el canto recto.
Indispensable para hacer esquinas de cualquier medida ! Y Ademas TAMBIEN
BISELA vidrios y espejos de cualquier forma y medida.
Mientras trabaja piezas redondas o ovaladas, la asistencia requerida del
operador es minima.
Las chupas de vacio pueden controlarse individualmente.
El regulador de presion permite ajustar el brazo a la fuerza debida para
el abrillantado.
La mesa giratoria tiene velocidad ajustable o puede ser dejada de libre
giro.
La chupa para las piezas pequeñas puede ser facilmente cambiada a
cualquiera de los 3 tamaños incluidos y de igual manera puede ser
controlada su velocidad de giro.
La maquina viene COMPLETA con sus 4 muelas para biselar (Diamante, resina,
brillo y fieltro), asi como con 1 juego de muelas para 12mm pencil y sus
brillos.
Mangueras, cables, panel eléctrico, herramientas, bombas de agua y Vacío,
compresor etc.
